Malaysia Airlines - Tripudio Telecom: Telecoms Services and Call Centre Solutions

This well regarded and large Asian airline undertook a strategic review with the aim of enhancing  support and availability of customer service. The outcome was to outsource key customer fulfilment support to BPO partner Mindpearl, whom have built a brand new call centre site in Kuala Lumpur. Tripudio were asked to support the migration of passenger calls from Malaysian’s previous multiple domestic service centres by adding new inbound call collection services across its board APA and EUR centric operating footprint, and routing them to Mindpearl.
