Following a contract award to support Lufthansa, Mindpearl needed rapid deployment of 45 agents seats. Mindpearl – a long term customer of Tripudio specialising in airline and travel related BPO fulfilment – received an urgent request to bring on stream additional agents. Mindpearl knew that their existing Avaya system would not be able to deliver in the quick timescales demanded nor at an acceptable price point.. They approached Tripudio for assistance – and of course we delivered!. The first 15 agents seats were configured over a weekend and brought into service the following week, followed later by another tranche. Lufthansa were therefore able to target key domestic German clients quickly and cost effectively with near zero implementation delay, using a flexible, robust, high quality and cost effective hosted IP solution that presents a local German telephone number ( proxy Cli) to passengers even though the agents are located in South Africa.
