Crown Golf Aspect - Tripudio Telecom: Telecoms Services and Call Centre Solutions

Crown Golf, a major owner and operator of some 23 golf clubs spread throughout the UK, enhanced their phone system by adding feature rich call centre services. Tripudio worked alongside existing PBX infrastructure, the acting consultants, internal HQ staff and remote field staff to design a new client enquiry collection and management process. This was facilitated by the deployment of an ASPECT hosted ACD system thereby enabling the many permutations of enquiry  – be that booking of tee times on the course or the “higher value” facilities rentals for parties and wedding, to be correctly segmented and efficiently managed across the whole estate of staff and central booking agents.
