Waterstones, the British book specialist that employs around 4,500 staff across their 288 stores throughout Europe opts to use Tripudio’s call collection services in Ireland.
Waterstones, as part of the HMV Group, is now supporting its famous Irish store; Hodges Figgis, by using inbound call collection supplied by Tripudio to administer incoming sales support or general service inquiries from consumers to their specialist call centre.
