Earlier this year on the 23rd and 24th May, the Tripudio senior management team were exhibitors at the Travel Distribution Summit at the Novotel West London. Our Commercial Director, Jonathan Collard was on the speakers list amongst many other big names within the travel and hotel industry.
Eye for Travel’s Travel Distribution Summit 2013 was geared towards mobile, search and social strategies within the travel industry. The Tripudio team were on hand to share their experience of search and social media in travel, meanwhile also providing valuable input on more traditional means of communication and customer service.
The Tripudio team were pleased to see some familiar faces within the travel industry, as well as bumping into some friends in the online marketing/SEO industry. But most importantly, we were happy to make some new connections and even sign a new customer, 400 Holidays, up for inbound telephony services.
Tripudio (@TripudioTelecom) were keen ‘Tweeters’ at the show, with plenty of interaction with event attendees aided by the big screen live Twitter streams during the speaking sessions.
