With Air Arabia Airlines’ expansion plans continuing to succeed, there was a need to enhance direct sales and customer support to passengers. Despite many customers using the internet to book, direct voice call volume continues to grow with telesales agents handling new reservations and customer support enquires. Importantly this function needed to be provided at an optimum cost point, but without damaging the airline’s brand reputation for high quality service at a competitive price.
