This world leading TMC (Travel Management Company) and renown holiday firm requested support from Tripudio to better service, segment and profile inbound callers for all its key customer accounts across Europe. Previously, local telecom services were independently contracted in each country of operation, but this just built into a complex environment of multiple contracts, currencies, maintenance support and billing teams resulting in fragmented and poor operational visibility.
Tripudio has centralised all operational control, billing, fault management and ongoing technical support in a single contract. This will eradiate issues such as numbers being turned off because of unpaid bills and ease implementation of new services whenever a new corporate account is on-boarded, as well as provide cost savings using volume related discounts unavailable on the previous “piece meal” environment.
